Twenty plus years ago a young lady with a dream and a camera began a journey to capture precious memories for families. Fast forward to today where we find Monica Parkkonen with her own boutique studio, including an outdoor space right on Main Street in Taylors with a very extensive clientel list (which Monica considers each and everyone a friend). Monica was recently presented with the Kidding Around Greenville’s prestigious award for 2024 Best Newborn Photographer - in which over 9,200 votes were cast! Monica also was awarded 2025 Best of newborn photographers in which over 10,000 votes were cast! While she specializes in newborn photography her talents and services do not end there! Whether it’s time to tie the knot or put on a cap and gown- Monica is here for you. She prides herself on her seasonal offerings all the way from Valentines Day to Christmas with her friend, "Charlie" Santa Claus! During the Spring come visit the adorable bunnies inside and outside the studio! She has won several awards on the knot for photographing weddings . She has photographed several weddings throughout the USA, Including Hawaii, North Dakota, New Hampshire, and more. She also has photographed desitination weddings in Dominican Republic and Jamaica. She limits herself to 8 weddings per year, as she has two children and wants to make the most of her time at home with them too. |
